Dr. K Shweta
Co-Founder
With 18 years of diverse experience across Clinical Care, Hospital Administration, Home Healthcare, Virtual care, and Quality Systems, her journey has always been about bridging medicine, operations, and innovation. Throughout her career, she has encountered countless patients—some surrounded by loved ones, others entirely alone during their most vulnerable moments. It is those patients—the ones without caregivers, guidance, or advocates—who have left the deepest impact on her. She realized that healthcare is not only operationally fragmented but also emotionally disconnected. As a co-founder, she is driven to change that. Her vision is to build solutions that don’t just deliver care but also restore divinity, compassion, and support.

Megha Gupta
Sr. Scrum Master & Co-Founder
Megha’s involvement in this initiative stems from deeply personal experiences. During her grandparents' final years, and when a close relative battled prostate cancer, finding reliable caregiver support was always a challenge. One of the most painful moments came when a loved one suffered alone during pregnancy in a nuclear family setup, tragically leading to the loss of both mother and child. These experiences made her realize how essential caregiving is—and how difficult it can be to find the right support when it’s needed most. Now, as she watches her parents age, she often wonders how she’ll manage their care while balancing her own responsibilities. She has frequently thought about how many lives could be made easier if families had a trusted way to connect with dependable caregiving. This continues to drive her deep connection to the initiative—one that aims to bring structure to an unorganized sector and make caregiving accessible, reliable, and truly impactful.
