A. Membership Services
You may cancel your monthly or annual membership anytime by writing to us at info@care247.in.
Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
B. Emergency Services
Emergency support requests cannot be cancelled once emergency coordination has been initiated, due to the time-sensitive nature of medical assistance.
C. Non-Emergency / Scheduled Services
Scheduled healthcare services, including doctor consultations, home healthcare and diagnostic services, can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to partial or non-refundable charges depending on the stage of service arrangement and resources committed.
D. External Healthcare Services
Where healthcare services involve external hospitals, diagnostic facilities or independent healthcare professionals, applicable cancellation terms may vary depending on the nature of the service and the commitments involved. Any applicable charges will be communicated wherever possible.”
A. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable for prepaid services cancelled within the permitted time.
No refund will be issued for services already delivered or partially completed unless a verified failure is reported.
B. Membership Plans
Refunds for memberships are not issued mid-cycle. However, we may offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., service failure, duplicate payment).
C. Emergency Services
No refunds are available once emergency support has been activated.
D. External Healthcare Services
Where a healthcare service involves an external hospital, diagnostic facility or independent healthcare professional, refund eligibility and processing timelines may vary depending on the nature of the service and applicable payment terms.
E. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.
Users found repeatedly booking and cancelling services, misusing emergency support, or engaging in fraudulent activity may have their account suspended or blacklisted.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
For the purpose of verifying cancellations or service delivery status, Care247 will rely on:
Time-stamped confirmations (email/SMS)
Digital records of appointment confirmations, service status and care coordination activities.
Telephonic records (if applicable)
Care247 shall not be held responsible for any service disruption, delay, or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
Public unrest, government actions, war, riots, stampede, national emergencies
Network outages or cyberattacks
Unforeseen medical emergencies, exceptional demand or circumstances that temporarily affect healthcare service delivery.
Care247 reserves the right to revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
