Yes, but they must also be registered members to avail services.
- Routine services: Can be canceled or rescheduled before start.
Emergency services: Cannot be canceled once dispatched (e.g., ambulance already on the way). In some case payment is directly made to the Partner representative.

- Partner services: Pay directly at discounted Care247 group rates (labs, medicines, caregivers, equipment, etc.)
- Ambulance: Coordination is free, but payment depends on actual ambulance charges.
- Ambulance: Dispatched in 10-15 minutes and estimated to reach in 15-45 mins based on distance from city center and traffic conditions. Emergency tele-consultation starts within minutes to keep patients safe
