CAREGIVER SERVICE - Role, Responsibility & Replacement

Roles and Responsibilities:  

CAREGIVER: The caregiver will assist with basic personal care, mobility, meals, hygiene, companionship, supervision, and medicine reminders. The caregiver will not provide medical support, injections, or perform household work unrelated to patient care.

CLIENT: The client may provide food to the caregiver during duty hours, if required, and must ensure a safe, respectful work environment while promptly informing Care247 of any issues. Any violation like abuse or harassment may result in service termination without refund.

Replacement Policy:

The client may request a caregiver replacement if unsatisfied; Care247 will aim to arrange one within 48 hours, subject to availability,
