It began with a midnight call.

One night, our founder received a call no one ever wants to get — his father had fallen at home in India. He was overseas at the time, far from family, and suddenly thrown into a whirlwind of panic and helplessness.

Coordinating care from across the globe turned out to be harder than it should’ve been. Multiple apps, scattered service providers, unclear hospital protocols, and unanswered questions. There was no one place to turn. No single number to call.

That experience revealed something we had long sensed — healthcare in India is fragmented. Home care, diagnostics, ambulances, and doctor consultations do exist — but they work in silos. You need five apps, ten follow-ups, and endless patience just to manage one urgent situation.

So we asked ourselves: Why isn’t there one platform that brings it all together? That question became our mission.

We created Care247 to be India’s first 24/7 health coordination platform — a single point of contact for families navigating anything from sudden emergencies to long-term care.

Because in that moment of crisis — when your parent needs help, when you’re not there, when time is running out — one call should be enough.

Built for Families, Not Just Patients

Care247 wasn’t designed in a boardroom. It was born out of real-life chaos — the kind so many families silently face every day.

Especially for NRIs and busy professionals, the emotional toll of not being physically present during a loved one’s medical crisis is immense. It’s not just about logistics; it’s about anxiety, guilt, and uncertainty.

We wanted to change that. To give families reassurance, visibility, and real-time care — no matter where they are.
