Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Care247, your family’s health and peace of mind are our highest priorities. We aim to provide transparent and fair service policies to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling services and requesting refunds for any services offered through Care247, including those delivered by our partner providers.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Subscription Services

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription anytime by writing to us at info@care247.in.

Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

B. Emergency Services

Emergency service bookings (ambulance, urgent doctor coordination, etc.) cannot be cancelled once initiated, due to immediate response and critical logistics involved.

C. Non-Emergency / Scheduled Services

Appointments for doctor visits, home healthcare, diagnostics, etc., can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

If cancelled within 24 hours, the service charge may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on partner policies.

D. Third-Party & Partner Services

Cancellation policies of third-party providers (diagnostics, hospitals, nursing staff, etc.) will apply separately.

Care247 will facilitate cancellations but is not liable for any charges imposed by external partners.

2. Refund Policy

A. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable for prepaid services cancelled within the permitted time.

No refund will be issued for services already delivered or partially completed unless a verified failure is reported.

B. Subscription Plans

Refunds for subscriptions are not issued mid-cycle. However, we may offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., service failure, duplicate payment).

C. Emergency Services

No refunds are available once emergency support has been activated.

D. Third-Party Services

If a refund is due for a third-party service, the timeline and approval will be subject to that partner’s refund policy.

E. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Transaction or gateway fees are non-refundable.

3. Abuse or Misuse of Services

Users found repeatedly booking and cancelling services, misusing emergency support, or engaging in fraudulent activity may have their account suspended or blacklisted.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

4. Digital Confirmation and Service Logs

For the purpose of verifying cancellations or service delivery status, Care247 will rely on:

Time-stamped confirmations (email/SMS)

Platform logs of service provider activity/check-ins

Telephonic records (if applicable)

5. Force Majeure

Care247 shall not be held responsible for any service disruption, delay, or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

Public unrest, government actions, war, riots, stampede, national emergencies

Network outages or cyberattacks

Healthcare emergencies beyond capacity

6. Care247 Wallet Terms

  • Care247 Wallet is a secure prepaid digital wallet for payments on our platform.
  • You can load a minimum of ₹2,000 and a maximum of ₹6,000 in your wallet at any time.
  • Wallet funds can only be used to pay for Care247 services and are non-transferable.
  • Wallet balance is valid for 12 months from the date of top-up.
  • Unused wallet balance can be refunded on request to the original payment method before expiry.
  • Refunds for unused wallet balance will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn as cash or used outside Care247.
  • Care247 reserves the right to review and reject refund requests in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity.

7. Policy Changes

Care247 reserves the right to revise this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
